Try maven -o (offline).
SNAPSHOT dependencies are always checked if uptodate by maven.

Hi,

it seems that 'maven allClean allBuild' tries every run to download jmock-SNAPSHOT.jar, but the file is still in {userhome}\.maven\repository\jmock\jars\jmock-SNAPSHOT.jar

While running Maven it show very often the message:

Attempting to download jmock-SNAPSHOT.jar.

But as i know Maven, after one download that file is locally saved. Is it a problem of Jetspeed, Maver or i am totally wrong?

regards
Andreas
