Actually, I may have spoken too soon. Generally, it is pretty easy to set up tomcat SSO. BUT, it assumes that you are going to use the same authentication realm for any apps involved. Jetspeed 2 is built to use an authentication realm, so I know this will work so long as my other apps use it. However, I don't know if this is the case in Jetspeed 1. Then it would be a matter of adapting your other app to use the realm for authentication as well.
