I ran into it and what I did was the following:
* Make sure the project home in build.properties is set correctly:
org.apache.jetspeed.project.home
* I rebuilt the latest bridges but I'm not sure that's necessary to
resolve the j2 build problem
* rebuild the j2 plugin
* rebuild j2 allClean allBuild
