how can I run my portal.

on apache site it is given that

or replace "jetspeed" in the above url with the name of your own portal
application ( ${org.apache.jetspeed.portal.artifactId} ). 


I did that but it is not working.

Can I develop portal for an existing website by just specifying URL.
