I reset my compiler to Java 5 and I get a bit further (It was failing in
the compile of the RDBMS Components with Java 6)
Now the maven build stops at
C:\eclipse\workspace\Portal\components\deploy-tool\build.xml:37:

C:\eclipse\workspace\Portal\src\webapp\WEB-INF\tld\portlet.tld to copy.
I can not find it either. In fact there is no tree
"\webapp\WEB-INF\tld\" under "src"
