Did you try the suggestion by Jukka Zitting he posted on the portals general mailinglist recently? NB: ofcourse, replace "general" with the name of the mailinglist , "jetspeed-user"

Note that the unsubscribe address only works if you're subscribed with
the same address that you use for sending email. If that is not the
case, you can construct a correct unsubscribe address by looking at
the Return-Path header of any message you've received from the mailing
list. For me the Return-Path header looks like like this:

   Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Replace the "return-NNN" part with "unsubscribe" to get an email
address that will unsubscribe the correct address from the mailing
list. For me that would be
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
