I searched the mailing list archive but couldn't find how to disable the auto creation of the user home page when adding a new user. I want to eliminate the _user and _role folders under the pages folder and I do not want a default home page created for each user. I don't want the users to get a home page.
I deleted the _user and _role pages but now I get a message telling me the _user page could not be found when adding a new user. I tried clearing the template directory property from the j2-admin portlet.xml but that just makes it look for the default template in a different location. It doesn't stop it from trying to create the home page. Is there an easy way to stop it from trying to create the new user's home page? -- Thanks, Michael
