I've developed a social networking portal using jetspeed and spring framework
and it's in alpha version. Everything is working just fine.

I've developed entire thing as one portlet and dumped all the functionality
(login, registration, social group creation etc). Conceptually it may not be
the right way do it. So, i would like to change the design and arrange the
components correctly. So, i need help here.

First thing is: Currently i'm using my own login and registration pages
thinking in mind that we may go for proprietary portal servers (like the one
provided by IBM) at a later point of time. So, will it be better to use our
own implementation of login and registration pages or use the one that comes
along with jetspeed?

Second thing is: if one insists us to use jetspeed implementation of login
and registration pages, how can i do that? Can i get some samples showing
how to do the above?

Third thing is: How can i make different portlets sit in one page? Basically
a guide for writing my own psml files and how to use them etc?

Please suggest some best design approaches & answers to my queries above.

Thanks so much.
