Hello We are having issue serving UTF-8 characters on jetspeed portal running on weblogic 10.
The chinese characters or any UTF-8 characters are not getting displayed properly. They are displayed as junk. We have tried lots of things like setting the response encoding, content type, specifying pageEncoding for jsp, meta tag in the head section for jsp but nothing works This is happening with jetspeed portal and weblogic. Everything works fine in tomcat. Has anyone encountered this issue before ? This is very urgent for us as we cannot support UTF-8 without this issue being resolved on weblogic.
