folder.metadata

I created a new user and assigned a role called "somerole" and under the
pages\_role folder I created "somerole" folder and added
default-page.psml,
etms.psml
eshop.psml
I added the profiling rule as role-fallback.
Problem,
When I login with with the same user, these three psml files which are
under "somerole" folder are not shown as default pages.
Can anyone help me out what is the problem?
I want the same default pages for all the users having the specified role,
so I am copying the psml files into the role directory, but its not
working.
