Well, the main deployment difference is that the /common and /shared
loader locations is now merged into one /lib by default.
Since Jetspeed uses the shared loader, all Jetspeed related jars found
in /shared/lib om Tomcat 5 should be relocated to /lib on Tomcat 6.
Another solution is to adjust the conf/catalina.properties files, might
be better if you want to keep using 2.1.3's deployment tools.
