I have those in the following place;

JetSpeed/shared/lib
<WAS>/AppServer/lib

They are not deployed in the WEB-INF/lib directories of the apps.

Do you have pluto-xxx.jar or portlet-api-xxx.jar or servlet-api-xxx.jar
in the lib folder in your portal web application?

If yes, try to remove it.
