The page configuration/edit section when viewing using /desktop are the
part I'm having issues with.  It seems that dojo is including it's css
after mine so dojo's css is overriding whatever I do.  From Mansour's
reply it looks like I'll have to edit the PageEditor.css file directly.

I'll have a look at the problem. I thought all aspects of the  
decorator were made configurable
So Im interested to see what part is not....
