I am able to run Jetspeed 2.1.3 in v2ur2 version of Glassfish sometime back.

But some of the wicket portlets are not working at that time as they result
in Invalid URLPatternSpec

Take a look at this 
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5027 link  which talks
about the issue in Glassfish Issue tracker.

Not sure whether its fixed in later versions of Glassfish
