Hi Vladimir, Do you mean WebContentPortlet of apa-webcontent project by WebClipping portlet? If so, can you try to make the web server write contentType header with charset=UTF-8? You could also test if it works by changing the html files to jsp files with contentType page directive: <%...@page contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8" %>
