when you use the p2 site
http://download.eclipse.org/jetty/updates/jetty-bundles-8.x/8.1.10.v20130312/
then you get two listed bundles e.g.
Jetty-Bundles: all the jetty bundles 8.1.3.201303141501
Jetty-Bundles: all the jetty bundles sources 8.1.3.201303141501
i.e. The actual bundle versions do not match the site id.
if you use
http://download.eclipse.org/jetty/updates/jetty-bundles-8.x
and list all the versions, then 8.1.10 is not listed
