It looks like resourceBases is used to specify multiple sources of static
content (html pages, etc). I need to add a directory with properties files
(used by the other "provided" dependencies) to the container's classpath.

My guess is that there isn't a way to do this from the pom.xml file. Maybe
I need to create a jetty.xml file?
