You have a different XML error.

Something to do with a <Array> element badly declared, or lack of one
(where one is expected).

Jetty 9.4.20.v20180813 reports the file and line number where the XML
issues occur btw.
Hopefully your ccm is using XML files and not in-memory XML strings.
