On this day civil society organizations, human rights activists and governments have the opportunity to reflect on both the theory and practice of governance. Tomorrow, the 15th September in Yei town the Institute for the Promotion of Civil Society in partnership with RECONCILE, the Yei Community Resource Centre, and Justice Africa will hold a rally and public lecture to celebrate the values of democracy and bring the people of Yei into contact with their elected officials.
