Hello, 

I had the following SLA, however, when the event is generated, the content of the 
field <SLA Individual Conditions: Show Info> did not get parsed into the message 
browser, can you give me a clue of why this has happen, I know I have seem this 
working properly.

The event should be reading like this:

SLA Group (System:Swap) - Virtual Memory Low Currently at: 89.59 %

where the field <SLA Group:Event Text> = SLA Group (System:Swap) 
and the field <SLA individual conditions: show info> = Virtual Memory Low Currently at
