Hi Penjo, You should check if your Scheduled Tasks are running.
Its probable that you don't have any files in c:\jffnms\rrd, if thats the case, it means that the poller is not running. You could try to force the poller to run manually too. Not having FPING will not bring any sort of decrease in performance.
