Jun,

The Events screen is a historic list of the events
recieved by JFFNMS. 

If you receive a Protocol Down event, it will be red,
the box on the top part of the screen (alarms) will be
red.

If you then receive a Protocol Up event, it will be
red too, but the box then will turn Green.
