It's vixie cron, look in /etc/cron.d/jffnms and /etc/cron.daily/jffnms

"mysql -u admin -p admin"

admin is the username of the jffnms program, the default setup of
mysql is username root and no password

-p admin means ask for a password, but the database is called admin
it doesn't mean the password is admin

Craig,

Thanks for all of your help, and thanks to everyone who has helped me. I've gotta hit the road
for a few days, but, I'll clean this up, and be back in touch with the jffnms team....

This is really impressive and very cool. I look forward to contributing to jffnms, in the near
future.

James
