Ok here we go first question, have jffnms running on windows 2000 but am moving it to linux (mandrake 9.1) every thing goes fine until I try to compile php 4.3.7 with the snmp module, it fails every single time with the following error
Override any gcc2 internal prototype to avoid an error etc. etc. It seems to be failing at the libsnmp.so configure point it keeps finding undefined references to things More details can be added but heres the configure line for php as well ./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-mysql --with-openssl-dir=/usr/include/openssl -- with-sockets=/root/php-4.3.7/ext/sockets --with-wddx=/root/php-4.3.7/ext/wddx --with-pcre=/root/php-4.3.7/ext/pcre --with-jpg --with-zlib-dir=/root/php-4.3.7/ext/zlib --enable-ucd-snmp-hack --with-snmp=/usr/include/net-snmp Some of these --with have been added to aollow me just to get one error Hope someone can help Stewart Cunliffe ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: GNOME Foundation Hackers Unite!
