Then your poller is not running correctly.

Do this:
cd /opt/jffnms/engine
php -q poller.php

if now you have rrd files then the cronjob user does not have permissions to /opt/jffnms/rrd.

Else, you should see errors in the output.

Sure, the permissions in the /opt/jffnms/rdd are: drwxr-xr-x 2 www-data www-data rdd I did a chown -R www-data.www-data

Do you have files in the /opt/jffnms/rrd folder?

I only have a .check file.
