Sure, just get the DB dump included with the package. And do this:
#mysql -ujffnms -pjffnms >DROP DATABASE jffnms; >CREATE DATABASE jffnms; >quit
#mysql -ujffnms -pjffnms jffnms < /opt/jffnms/docs/jffnms-0.7.7.mysql
