We haven't added the 95th Percentile to JFFNMS yet, because the stable RRDTool version does not have it yet.

I've done some custom developing for a user, that required 95th percentile, but the implementation is slow, because it requires the calculation (going to through all the selected period data) every time a traffic graph is requested.
