Hi,

All this seems to indicate that the files do not exist.

Could I access your server to find for more clues?

Are you sure that all the files in /opt/jffnms/rrd are owned by 'httpd' too ?

By Some reason JFFNMS is not finding that files.

Are you sure the poller Scheduled task has the same permissions (ie running as the jffnms user) as the c:\jffnms folder?

Yes, the poller is running as user 'httpd' and /opt/jffnms is owned by
the same user.

You can check the lib/api.rrdtool.inc.php file, the function is rrdtool_get_def, it will check if the file_exists .

This is the output after adding the two debug statements:

Array
(
    [cpu] => 0
    [mem_used] => 1
    [mem_free] => 2
    [acct_packets] => 3
    [acct_bytes] => 4
    [tcp_active] => 5
    [tcp_passive] => 6
    [tcp_established] => 7
)

bool(false)
