I think it may have had to do with a problem with the upgrade, although
nothing showed up in the upgrade process. I'm going to rebuild 0.8 from
scratch and see if that fixes anything.

Ok.

CHeck the Last Polled Date in each interface you don't see.

Are you still getting the error in the email subject for those?

And the files exists?

Did you modify any graph or anythin in the interal jffnms configuration?
