Then it seems like a problem with your rrdtool.
What version are you using? do you have any memory or disk problems?

That means the poller has not run for that interface yet.
Do you see files named interface-3607* under the rrd folder?
If you don't then try to run the poller manually for host 22 and see if they appear.
Does your interface have a Poller Group set?
