Did you wait a few minutes to see data in the graphs?

Do you see "NaN" or just no graphs?

Can you show us the output of a poller?

# cd /opt/jffnms/engine
# php -q poller.php <Host ID>

Host ID is the "ID" field in the hosts screen, NOT the host ip or name.
