RTFM. First setup your MTA correctly, and test it.
Then set the Triggers of a user, the manual cleary explains this.
2. In the State Report The total time is always the actual time +
30mins. I don’t know how this 30 mins is getting added up. How can
I rectify the problem. Can any guide me.
Thats maybe because a SLA was raised on the interface too, you can unselect SLA
in the State report.
