You can put whatever nmap parameter you want in the Interface Types screen AD Parameter field for the TCP Port interface type.

You should see some parameters already.

If I wanted to be a little more “network-friendly” with JFF’s use of NMAP, would there be any problem with changing up the autodiscovery_network.php and autodiscovery_interfaces.php scripts to have their nmap use the –T2 flag instead of –T3? I’m not sure if there is a timing thing anywhere else that would get upset if the scans went from 10-15 minutes to a (guesstimated) 1-2 hours.
