You can put whatever nmap parameter you want in the Interface Types screen AD
Parameter field for the TCP Port interface type.
You should see some parameters already.

have their nmap use the –T2 flag instead of –T3? I’m not sure if there
is a timing thing anywhere else that would get upset if the scans went
from 10-15 minutes to a (guesstimated) 1-2 hours.
