We run jffnms against dozens of FreeBSD boxes, everything graphed
corretly. This is on things as old as FreeBSD 3.x, up through 5.x.
Some UCD-SNMP, most NET-SNMP. JFF works fine on all of those.

What version of windows are you running? Should work fine there too.
