Looks like i handled load problem and now it seems to be OK 
I turned autodiscovery OFF for all hosts also.
Just distribution has crontab file with poller.php not poller2.php so it may need to be fixed in next release.
Here's another thing which i noticed:
After getting and compiling new net-snmp from sourceforge and compiling in linux, jffnms discovery detect only cpu and network interfaces. Can you look at that?
