IT seems you didn't select a default customer for that host.
So all the interfaces belong to the 'unknown' customer, and the AD will alert
you of that fact.
You can select all the interfaces and assign them to a new customer and then go
to all the hosts and select the 'Autodiscovery Default Customer' so each new
interface of that host belongs to the selected customer.
Or you could do it manually when a new interface appears.

When I click on a host I see all the interfaces.
Each of them reads unknown.
The name is correct (Fan01) but directly under it is the work "Unknown"
Also all the interfaces remain purple (for 3 days). This is happening on all
hosts.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Chris
