You have enable that trigger for a user for it to be active.

Look into the triggers users menu.

Hello all…

I’m trying out JFFNMS on a PHP 5.0.4 system (Fedora Core 4). Things are working fine…except when I’m trying to get JFF to take an action. I think I’ve got triggers/actions setup correctly, but I’m getting this error in the httpd/error_log:

[client 192.168.20.68] PHP Warning: call_user_func_array() [<a href='function.call-user-func-array'>function.call-user-func-array</a>]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, '' was given in /opt/utopia/lib/gui.controls.inc.php on line 309, referer: http://banms007/jffnms/admin/adm/adm_triggers_rules.php?filter=2 <http://banms007/utopia/admin/adm/adm_triggers_rules.php?filter=2>

Trigger Config

Action = makeaticket

If Match = Continue, And

Action Config

=============

ID = 100002

Description = makeaticket

Command = makeaticket

Internal Parameters = none

User Parameters = none

I’ve got a file in the /opt/jffnms/engine/actions directory called makeaticket.inc.php, but it is never getting called.

In the rrd_analyzer log, I see this entry:

10:30:14 New Event (302739): 2006-01-10 10:30:14 - 12 - 24 - C: - alert - rrd_analizer_sla - Storage Used > 80%: 86.35 % - 9

10:30:14 I111 : sla : Cond0: ( 30936617 > ((35826958*80)/100)) = 1 -TRUE- Used > 80%: 86.35 %

10:30:14 I111 : sla : Final Eval: True. INFO: Storage Used > 80%: 86.35 %

So I’m thinking something should kick off.

I see this in the consolidate log:

10:30:28 E 302739:= @2006-01-10 10:30:14 - state: 3 - int: 111 - type: 12

10:30:28 E 302739:= Other Down Alarms: 0

10:30:28 E 302739:= ALERT Interface 111

10:30:28 New Alarm: 40282 := 2006-01-10 10:30:14 - 2006-01-10 11:00:44 - 111 - 12 - 3 - 302739 – 302739

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Tim
