Hi Jason,

this sounds like a corrupted rrd file.  Could you remove the host from 
the jffnms system, delete the associated rrd files (or move them), 
re-create the host in jffnms and see if you still get segfaults?

Otherwise you could try and manually run the poller on the affected 
hosts and use strace, that may give you some clue as to where the 
problems lie.
