I just setup a new Windows JFFNMS installation. However, when I try to
go to the setup page I get a forbidden access message. I have inputted
the following at the very bottom of my httpd.conf file:

NameVirtualHost jffnms

<VirtualHost jffnms>

ServerAdmin [EMAIL PROTECTED]

DocumentRoot c:\jffnms\htdocs

ServerName meta9.mbasis.com

DirectoryIndex index.php

LimitRequestLine 20000

</VirtualHost>

I have given the jffnms local user account full control to the folder. I
am not sure what else to do.
