The "Network Discovery Seeds CIDR" is the subnet you would like jffnms to scan for new hosts i.e. 192.168.1.0/24, while the "SNMP Communities CSV" is a list of SNMP communities (separated by commas - ",") you would like autodiscovery to use while discovering new hosts.
