Running PHP5 and 0.8.3 you'll likely start seeing the infamous "admin structure 
not found" errors randomly. This has yet to be fixed since 0.8.3's release well 
over 2 years ago (September 19th 2006 according to Sourceforge). 

For grins and giggles I again tried to install 0.8.3 this week and had the same 
problem as you're describing. No matter what relative path is specified, it 
never validates. You can specify it and just try to access JFFNMS and it will 
work fine. However, you'll still see those "admin structure not found" errors.

Maybe a dev can comment on those and we can see what the problem is?!?
