Update:

I have the latest rrdtool.exe now.
I ran a report of 6 months without error, (don't agree with the output
yet, but ok, no errors).
Now I ran a report of the whole last year.
Error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 420 seconds exceeded in
C:\jffnms\lib\api.rrdtool.inc.php on line 73

Another line again.

Seems there's a bottle neck somewhere.
Any idea of I move the rdd folder (and maintaining the data) to another
drive that it would perform better ?? 
And if so, how do I do that ?

What about version numbers. ?
I am using version 1049.
I remember there was a issue about the version numbers, that's why I did
not install the latest (3 years ago).

There's something not right with your rrdtool or disks, but I'nm not
sure what.
