A couple of the Windows processes that I monitor sometimes change the case
that Windows' SNMP agent displays for them. Sometimes Windows' DHCP service
is displayed as TCPSVCS.EXE and sometimes as tcpsvcs.exe. JFFNMS appears to
be case-sensitive and doesn't recognize that the process is running if the
case doesn't match its config.

Is there a way to either make Windows behave, or to make JFFNMS
case-insensitive (either to a specific interface, or overall)?

Thank you,
-Joe Wells
