Thanks for the report.  That's a Debian-specific problem rather than a
JFFNMS one, but as I build that package too it's going to the right
place.

It looks like dbconfig-common, which does the database handling, has
changed a few things giving this warning.  I'm surprised I didn't see
this message myself. The jffnms package doesn't directly use ucf.
