This is a problem with the verify the interface number poller.
Generally it means the descriptions of the interface are wrong, this
actually sadly happens a lot on Cisco equipment :(

If you snmpwalk .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2 you should see all the interface
descriptions and probably see duplicates. 

The fix is quite difficult. You may want to just duplicate the phyiscal
interface poller group and remove the first poller item.
