Run the poller on the command line for that interface, for example my memory is on host ID=8 and interface ID=2724. You can find the IDs from Administration -> Hosts and Interfaces -> Hosts and then "view host interfaces". I then do this: elmo:/opt/jffnms/engine# su -s /bin/sh -c 'php -q poller.php 8 2724' www-data The result, with the important line: 14:11:48 : H 8 : I 2724 : P 60 : no_poller(): 0 -> rrd(*): storage_block_size:1024 - storage_block_count:23077736 - storage_used_blocks:3455932 (time P:0.06 | 6.34) This means I'm getting the result into my rrd storage. The poller is working.
