Here are the messages I'm getting in /var/log/apache2/access.log when I
hit the login page using IE8 (times match up to the 'login failures').

I get this when I hit the logon page using Firefox:

3.51.11.17 - - [03/Mar/2011:10:23:54 -0500] "GET /jffnms/ HTTP/1.1" 200
1590 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13)

Any ideas on why I'm getting the 'Login failed from 172.29.54.117'
messages below?

This is a brand-new install, and the 'joe.smith' and 'admin' logins are
expected, and work fine.

This happens with 8.3 and 8.4...

TIA,

JP
