0.8.4 is pretty old now but you can directly set it into the jffnms.conf
if you like.  Check the apache logs as well to make sure you can do
things, like saving the file, for example.

Hunting down these sorts of bugs and squashing them has been the major
focus of 0.9 series of JFFNMS.  I'm not sure which version you are
running when you see these messages but it looks very 0.8-ish
