Hi, folks! I have one question about interoperability between OS/2 and Linux JFS implementations. If there are no EA/ACL support in current JFS-Linux (without patches), where are ownership/access rights are stored? I can access OS/2 JFS volume, read/writre files on it, even chown/chmod them, but where are this info stored? Does setting Linux access rights on files on OS/2 JFS volume can corrupt this volume or it is safe?
Thanks, Oleg Bulavsky. -- Windows 95: Multicrashing, OS/2: Multitasking, Win NT: MultiSleeping _______________________________________________ Jfs-discussion mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www-124.ibm.com/developerworks/oss/mailman/listinfo/jfs-discussion
