Ok but why corrupt filesystem

Ok, I upgrade, but no changes, I tested it on three different system, I put drive on onboard IDE controller, IDEtoUSB. But no changes.
jfs_fsck says OK, filesystem is clean, but while ls command i get
Input/Output error


May I else do something wrong?
